Wilson, Updike & Nicely is truly a "small" firm with a "big" practice, and we routinely represent clients in cases all over Virginia and beyond.  Our firm, a Martindale-Hubbel AV rated firm, traces its history back over 80 years in Southwestern Virginia, and we have concentrated our practice on the representation of injury victims for decades.
